2-Minute Handy Mindfulness Hack (No Video Needed!)

 

Here’s a super simple 2-minute mindfulness practice you can do anytime, anywhere — no video, no equipment, just your own two hands!

Wherever you are — standing, sitting, walking — take one hand and use a finger from the other hand to slowly trace up and down each finger.

  • As you trace up a finger, breathe in.
  • As you trace down, breathe out.

When you go back the other way, add a little pause at the top of your inhale and at the bottom of your exhale — just a soft, easy pause, like a moment of stillness.

Repeat as many times as you like.

This quick practice is a lifesaver if you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or just need a moment of calm — no special equipment, no big setup. Just you and your breath. It’s simple enough to teach kids too!
